Bio methanation is a process by which organic material is microbiologically converted under anaerobic conditions to biogas. Three main physiological groups of microorganisms are involved: fermenting bacteria, organic acid oxidizing bacteria, and methanogenic archaea. Microorganisms degrade organic matter via cascades of biochemical conversions to methane and carbon dioxide.
Multiple Feed stocks ranging from cow dung/bovine waste, food waste, septic waste, MSW segregated wet waste to a combination of all the wastes of capacities can be used.
There is no waste from the process as the other Solid and liquid output are NPK rich fertilizers.
The Biogas can be further processed and bottled to provide CBG (Compressed Biogas) for automotive fuel.
We provide end to end consultation and services for setting up of both Biogas plants and Compressed biogas plants through our partners.
Processing capabilities ranging from 1 kg/day to 350 Tons/day
